Before you apply

• Minimum: you are a full status property practitioner registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and working toward becoming a principal. Candidate practitioners do not qualify.
• Preferred: you are already a principal property practitioner.
• You hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate for the current year, and can show it.
• You are in good standing with the PPRA, with no suspension or active sanction against you or your firm.
• You can run the office with a principal in place (yourself, or one you appoint) as the Property Practitioners Act requires, and you can sign the LandOuks franchise agreement.
