LandOuks Estates (Pty) Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, valuation request or message we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property you asked about and what you tell us.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings and valuations and, if you go on to buy, sell or rent through us, to carry out that transaction. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the agent responsible for the property and by our office staff. If a transaction goes ahead, information is shared with the parties and professionals it requires, such as attorneys and bond originators.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for the periods the law requires for property transactions.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by submitting a ticket on our contact page, which gives you a reference and a private link to follow it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
