What is a candidate property practitioner?
A candidate property practitioner is registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and is working towards full status, which includes completing an internship and the required education and examination.
Until then a candidate works under the supervision of a principal or a property practitioner with full status, who takes responsibility for their work.
